1988 Dataeast Time Machine pinball machine Building Location: Herm_E1 Game Type = SS
The 1988 Dataeast Time Machine, being only Dataeast's fourth game,
was really well done. The object of the game is to go backwards
in time, to the 1970s, 1960s, and to the 1950s. When you get to
the 1950s, the game uses chimes (located in the lower cabinet)
for sound! It's a really well done and cool concept. From the
early era of Dataeast, this is clearly their best game. Myself
and Gary bought this machine from a guy we met at the Rock n Roll
Hall of Fame in Cleveland. He brought the game there and we
bought it in the parking lot! There were 2896 units made.
This is the actual game at the VFW Pinball Museum.
